Hey Guys! I've been having sometime to research and I have the answer to my main question!
The actors were first chosen by poets which were lower in the in the respect since this was the first time actors came on stage. Then when acting was getting more famous the actors had to be professional which brought more respect. The actors position in theatre kept growing so the competition was harder so professional actors were needed. The respect kept getting higher and higher until the state had to choose the actors which gave the actors high respect especially the leads in shows. The actors were addressed as ambassadors. In the 5th century the actors have became significant members of the greek society which brought the most respect other than the government. The actors also had to be just men, no women were allowed to act back then. Even if it was a female part a male would play it by tricking the audience with a plate worn underneath the costumes. In the 5th century all the actors were rich and well payed.
